As a graphic designer, Armin Mumper's professional work, in addition to his creative work, has a lot to do with thinking about the needs, intentions and expectations of his clients. This makes him sensitive and trains the inner and outer eye. But he also learnt that his creative ideas have to adapt to the constraints of the budgets and sensitivities of his clients.
As an artist, he enjoys the freedom that he only has to justify his fantasies in terms of craftsmanship to his own high standards. Exhibitions in France, Austria and Germany have strengthened the self-confidence of his artistic expression.
With his modern interpretations of various themes, he picks up the viewers with his mostly colourful pictures and leads them into his world of thoughts. His pictorial works can excite and move, but can also calm others and entice them to dream. Some of his works decorate especially lobbies and customer areas of large companies. His pictures demand space, this also applies to the private sphere.
