Canvas Satin

Canvas Venezia

Titian, Tintoretto, Giorgione, Veronese and Tiepolo, to name only the most important, are the painters of iridescent, bright colors playing with light. The silk gloss is, therefore, the property with which the canvas Venezia Satin is recommended for old master paintings. Venezia Satin is made of high-quality raw materials and provided with an elaborate coating for, particularly brilliant colors. It is recommended for oil paintings in rich, strong to dark color. It is also suitable for strong color contrasts, dark subjects, and for example, for black and white reproductions without loss of detail.
The surface texture varies slightly and the structure of the fabric remains very recognizable. With a dense 2: 1 cross-rib weave and a quality of 350 grams per square meter, the material not only has pleasant tactile properties but also high flexibility and can be stretched well on stretcher bars. But a framing behind glass is possible, so the canvas Venezia satin is protected from dust and moisture. If the decision is difficult, we recommend Venezia Satin.
