| Painting frames that the Victoria series has in their range are models that are unparalleled due to their princely character. The Melia decorative frame also belongs to the extremely pompous frame, which is an eye-catcher in every art gallery simply because of its impressive dimensions. The highest bar with which the wood protrudes into the room is 42 mm, whereas the overall width is 79 mm when viewed from above. This surface was literally created for the designers to live out artistically with a variety of different moldings, with several color combinations and with excellent ornaments. In itself, Melia is a gold frame, but the gold not only occurs in several shades, other colors have also been incorporated into the frame. A dainty double bar simply begins the sequence on the outside of the frame. Already here, gray veil elements were applied to the shiny gold using a sponge technique, which gives it a certain antique character. The same gray serves as a primer for the following ornaments, which adorn the prominent circular bar. A strong contrast is followed by an inner curvature in deep, silky black. Gold and dainty it goes inwards and ends with another gray bar with shiny gold ornaments. |
